Description
Delicate arrangement of this evening hymn written by Henry Francis Lyte. It is based on Luke 24:29 where the men walking on the road to Emmaus said, “Abide with us, for it is toward evening . . . . ” It is a beautiful hymn of faith with a lovely melody composed by William Henry Monk.
